Overview
Lost Space Software LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds mobile and desktop applications, including Grovvi and Floaty Notes (each an “App,” collectively the “Apps”). This policy explains what information we collect through the Apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
What we collect depends on which App you use and how you use it.
- Account information. Email address, and for household-based features, the names or nicknames you choose to share with people you invite.
- Content you provide. Bill entries, amounts, and household membership in Grovvi; notes and note content in Floaty Notes.
- Usage data. Basic diagnostic and performance information that helps us find and fix problems.
- Device information. Device type and operating system version, used for compatibility and support.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising.
How we use information
- To operate the core functionality of each App
- To sync your data across your own devices where the App supports it
- To respond to support requests
- To maintain the security and reliability of our services
- To improve the Apps over time
AI features
Some Apps include an AI assistant feature. When you use it, relevant context from your account (such as your household’s bill and balance data in Grovvi) is sent to our backend and processed by a third-party AI provider to generate a response. This data is used only to answer your question and is not used to train AI models.
Sharing
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate the Apps (such as our database, authentication, and payment processing providers), under contractual obligations to protect your data
- Within a shared household or workspace, limited to what you’ve explicitly chosen to share with that group
- If required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lost Space Software LLC or others
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Apps. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Your choices
- You can access, update, or delete your account information from within the App.
- You can request a copy of your data or full account deletion by emailing us.
- You can decline optional features (such as the AI assistant) without affecting core App functionality.
Children’s privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
